Private Parties

Schools, Churches, and other community organizations may reserve Skate-A-Way for PRIVATE PARTIES.  For up to 30 people, rates begin at $475 for a 2 hour party and include: the entire building, a party host(ess), and a DJ.  For up to 50 people, the building rental is $525 for a 2 hour party, including a party host(ess) and DJ.  For up to 100 people, the rate is $625 for a 2 hour party.  Custom rates available when you call (804) 674-5070.

Please note that cake and ice cream are the only outside food or drink allowed inside of Skate-A-Way, or you may pay a $100 fee to bring in your own outside food.

Private parties can be scheduled Saturdays 10 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 4:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.; Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or Sundays 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Weekdays by availability.

To Reserve Skate-A-Way for an evening of fun, we do require a $250 non-refundable deposit.
